ALL wedding guests will utilize the scheduled Omni Shuttles on the day of the wedding. Guests that ARE staying at the resort will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take guests to Walkers Landing. There is no parking available at Walkers Landing. Trams will begin 45 minutes prior to ceremony start time and will continuously pick up guests every 15 minutes until the start of ceremony. Transportation will be provided at the end of the night back to your vehicles & hotel. Guests that ARE NOT staying on property - When you arrive at the security gate, please reference "Roca & Normile Wedding" and then park in the parking garage located off Beach Walker Rd. Then head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take you to Walkers Landing. Any guests that are unable to take the shuttles due to injury or need to have their vehicle with them for personal reasons may drive to Walkers Landing. Please keep in mind they recommend no more than 10 cars are suggested to park at Walkers Landing.

Formal attire

Unfortunately, due to limited space we ask you leave the kiddos behind for the wedding day festivities. However, the resort is great for kids though, so if you're able to bring them for the weekend to enjoy resort activities, please do! Just plan accordingly for the night of wedding.

For guests who will be staying at the resort and arriving early the day before. Come hang out with the bride/groom in a more casual setting for some "friendly" pickleball matches or short game of Golf. Both pickleball courts and 9 hole course (Little Sandy) are on property. If planning on attending either of these events, please RSVP so we can help arrange transportation or provide directions.

We are hosting a welcome party at the resort at the Marsh View Bar and Terrace. This is an outdoor event with views of the ninth hole of the Oak Marsh Golf Course. We will provide light hors d'oeuvres, beer/wine, and great company! Think of it as a pregame to the big day! Please RSVP for this event so we can plan accordingly and arrange shuttle transportation.

Great question! This place has it all- hotel, villas, golf course, tennis courts, pickleball courts, on site restaurants, bars, cafes, GYM, shopping, pool, beach, walking trails. Rental bikes or golf carts to get around. Shuttles buses to get around also if needed. On site self parking or valet.

Omni resort has hotel rooms and villas to rent on property. If you want traditional hotel experience where it is easy to park/valet, get to hotel pool, lobby bar, etc- then this is the way to go, especially if you're a party of 2-4. If you are looking for more space and want the additional rooms/bathrooms and a kitchen then renting a villa on property is the way to go! If you rent a villa you will still enjoy all the hotel resort benefits.
